Meet your Equestrian Strength & Conditioning Coach, Abby.

Equestrian athlete turned coach, I bring a unique blend of experience and passion to your training journey. With over 15 years of competitive experience in the saddle, I understand the demands of the sport firsthand. This sets me apart from coaches who may offer generic equestrian programs but lack the real-world knowledge of competing at a high level.

My coaching philosophy is built on individualization. Through a continuous process of getting to know you as a rider, I delve deep into your strengths, weaknesses, how you respond to training, and your personal motivations. This allows me to craft the most effective and efficient training program specifically designed for you and your equestrian goals.

More than just programming, I provide comprehensive coaching and support. I'll guide you through exercises, offer video feedback to refine your technique, and be your dedicated cheerleader throughout your journey. My commitment is to helping you achieve your equestrian goals, whether it's mastering a new skill, improving your competition performance, or simply fostering a deeper connection with your horse.
